I think these have appeared elsewhere, but they’re still nice to see.

Hello from Russia!
Can I quote a post in your blog with the link to you?
Of course! Sorry it took me a few days to respond—I’m still trying to figure out how this software works. dp
I really loved SPROUT that’s my new favorite book. i explains how a teenage life isn’t as easy as people really think because they are consumed with jobs and every day life that they for get they have kid which they start to rebel just to get recognized by their own parents. Kids and Teenagers hurt too. i really feel this book and i love it because it reminds me of a book i read called “CRAZY” by Benjamin Lebert
I hope you make more books like Sprout because i love book thats give more emotion for the teenage life..

Hey Carlos,
Wow, you wrote all the way back in December, and I’m just getting it now. I hope you don’t think I was dissing you—I’m just lazy lol. But thanks so much for writing, and I’m thrilled and honored that Sprout meant so much to you. Writers live for serious readers like you, so keep at it—and thanks again!
Dale
P.S. I’m going to send this via email too, just in case you’ve given up looking at the website after all this time.
I loved Sprout it was very funny and witty.
Will you make a sequel to it???
Hey Sean, thanks for the comment. I really appreciate it. I wasn’t planning a sequel, but enough people have told me I have to that I probably will one day. Although Sprout was really a prequel of sorts to my first novel, Martin and John, which I wrote all the way back in 1993. It’s not very funny though (or witty for that matter), so I don’t know if I would tell you to run out and read it.
